I recently spent a week at Sheraton Regency, Mombasa, and my stay was truly pleasant. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located along Moi Avenue. A special mention goes to Julia Maina, the receptionist, who was excellent throughout my stay. She is polite, welcoming, and incredibly professional — she made everything so easy and enjoyable. I also want to appreciate the breakfast team, who were always friendly and did a great job every morning. Overall, great service and a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good reception when checking in. the room was very clean and spacious however:- - ensure all amenities are there at once, no remote for tv, no remote for AC, room had no towels had to call reception for all these items to be brought that's not what l expected as l guest l need to find everything in the room.

Good location near mombasa town rail terminal. Reception was very warm with bright polite smile. Room service great and assistance was quickly responded to ones you make a call. Sheratton iko karibu na mapembe moi avenue. Good place to stay.
