Service quality The hotel receptionist Mercy was very friendly and helpful, she resolved my issues promptly. Regarding the hot and sunny weather conditions in Mombasa ,when I checked in, the hotel room temperature was very conducive I felt relaxed and slept comfortably. Cleanliness The bathroom was spotless, but I found the safe box was not functioning and hangers for clothes was not available. Room comfort The bed was spacious and comfortable, but the room wall colour needed some improvement. Location The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Mombasa city. The online price advertised did not match ( Deal 3700) before I checked in and did not conform with what was charged at the front office. Final thought I would recommend it for short stays but not for long vacations. ,

Well recieved, I would definitely spend here next time am in Mombasa. Staff are cordial right from restaurant, receptionists, landry team and even cleaner.

Your services is declining in terms cleanness, poor customer service and low quality breakfast

All the staff are supper friendly . Room is standard . Location is perfect easy to go anywhere. Price is reasonable. Breakfasts is enough to full the morning.

Why is the restaurant not functioning past late afternoon, that is really inconveniencing, even having hot drinking water at night is a problem, please work on having someone standby for night food requests. I paid for food but still had to go for a night without one
