I recently spent a week at Sheraton Regency, Mombasa, and my stay was truly pleasant. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located along Moi Avenue. A special mention goes to Julia Maina, the receptionist, who was excellent throughout my stay. She is polite, welcoming, and incredibly professional — she made everything so easy and enjoyable. I also want to appreciate the breakfast team, who were always friendly and did a great job every morning. Overall, great service and a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
